Can thoroughly recommend Alison's Nordic Walking 4 week course.
Before I started I wouldn't have believed walking with a couple of poles could benefit my whole body. Not only is my core is strengthening, but my flabby arms are getting a great workout, and it doesn't aggravate an old knee injury...result! And of course Alison makes the sessions great fun, so have a go!
