I have had a long-term issue with neck and shoulder stiffness and Migraine. Following a series of Physiotherapy sessions I decided to research the benefits of Nordic Walking and as a result I took the plunge and signed up to a course with Alison Smith.
After three lessons my Physiotherapist informed me that there was a significant improvement in upper body mobility.
I am really pleased with the progress that I have made and plan to make Nordic Walking part of my weekly routine.
